Billing & Insurance

Responding to medical emergencies is our primary mission, and we will always do so regardless of your health insurance of ability to pay. All patients receive the same level of care regardless of your insurance or financial status.

Why Do I Have a Bill?

Medical billing makes up the vast majority of our annual revenue, and the majority of it comes from insurance reimbursement. Depending on your insurance plan, you may or may not have a co-pay for ambulance transport services. We make every effort to send bills directly to your insurance company by obtaining their information from either the patient or the receiving hospital, however in some cases this does not occur or the patient is uninsured, so you may receive a bill directly. If you receive a bill and have health insurance, you should submit it to them for review.

Please note that all of our billing is outsourced to MedEx Billing, Inc., and we ask that you please contact them directly with any questions or to make a payment:
